Demo of Cornean:

1. Start Matlab, and in Steve directory, type "cornean".

2. Go to Individual Analysis menu, do "make raw data curvature map"
  for:
            000006_1 (Normal)
            000121_2 (good standard Kerataconus) (default)
            000084_1 (central Kerataconus)
            000053_1 (PRK big red ring)
000139_2 (PRK, wide ring, so thin outer boundary)

3. Zernike decomp. (and power map) for 000006_1
      try spherically symmetric,
          a few high spots,
          most high spots.

4. Zernike decomp. (and power map) for 000121_2
      try spherically symmetric,
2 sphere, and rest Fourier 1
same as above, but add Fourier 2

5. Zernike decomp. (and power map) for 000053_1
      try spherically symmetric,
then add more according to power map

6. Show difference analysis menu,
then morphing movie EgPRKmorph.mpg (this directory)

7. Show population analysis menu,
    then .ps files:
        NormalStaticPg1.ps
        NormalStaticPg1.ps
    then movie:
        normlwr.mpg (in d:\Moves\CorneaRobust)

8. Show PCA part of Population Menu,
    then .ps file:
        NormalPCA00.ps
    then movies:
        norm100.mpg (in d:\Moves\CorneaRobust)
        norm200.mpg
        norm300.mpg
        norm400.mpg

9. Then show robust PCA:
        NormalPCA22.ps
    then movies:
        norm122.mpg (in d:\Moves\CorneaRobust)
        norm222.mpg
        norm322.mpg
        norm422.mpg

10. Then show Clinical Keartaconus in:
        KerClilwr.mpg
     then show static PCAs:
        KerCliPCA00.ps (ordinary)
        KerCliPCA22.ps (robust)

11. Show Individual in Population Menu:
     then: Normal000121_222.ps

12. Show Two Population Menu:
     then:
        NormalKerCliPCA22.ps (robust PCA conparison)
     and corresponding Draftsman's plot:
        NormalKerCliPCA22DP.ps
     then:
        NormalKerCliICS22.ps (robust Intra Class Spread)
     and corresponding Draftsman's plot:
        NormalKerCliICS22DP.ps
